Actively observe and promote BWise safety standards
Visually inspect quality of powder coat finish on trailers.
Look for insufficient coverage, foreign material and defects in topcoat.
Touch up any required areas by using an aerosol can of matching paint.
Check for correct welds on trailer frame, hangers and pivot point.

The position of a Welder is of great significance to our organization. This position fabricates, assembles, and welds metal/steel components on various trailers to SOP’s/Blueprints/Knowledge /Foreman and/or Lead Instructions.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain all company Quality requirements and follow company guidelines utilizing a “Stop and Fix” mindset.
Maintain a clean environment and follow company 5S + Safety Standards.
